Our new ferrous sulphate product is a soluble 2-4 mm granule. Our 2 – 4 mm sizing ensures a high-quality, flowable product with a long shelf life that does not cake in the bag.
Application and Water Rates
Please ensure that the application instructions on the label are read carefully. Dissolve the required amount of ferrous sulphate in the correct amount of water before adding to spraying equipment. (MAX CONCENTRATION: 500 GRAMS I N AT LEAST 5 LITRES OF WATER = 50KG / HA IN 500 LITRES OF WATER = 0.1%).
As the product is now a 2-4 mm granule, please have patience when dissolving as i t will take longer than older powdered equivalents which were prone to caking. Stirring and agitation is required. An application of 2 grams / m2 is sufficient to achieve an attractive green up in amenity situations. PLEASE BE AWARE that a n application of 2 – 5 grams / m2 can have adverse effects on moss. We do not recommend application rates higher than 5 grams / m2.
