We collect the following information about you, name (individual/business), address (billing/delivery), phone number, email address, order details. We only collect this information so we can process your order, send your order to the correct place and to give you the best possible service we are able to.
Information that we never collect is your card number or details in which you used to place the order. Our system uses a secure payment gateway, and is handled by Stripe/Paypal, so the details of that card are never held on our server.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by logging into your account.
If you find any inaccuracies you can correct it through signing into your account.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our security policy and with the Data Protection Act 1998. From 25th May 2018, we will be complying with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
