A great mixture for establishing grass in shady parts of your area or effectively repairing patches of grass in shaded areas.
Perfect for use under trees, buildings and other shaded areas which are susceptible to drought and dry soils.
It is important to note that infrequent mowing is the secret to a successful shade-tolerant sward.

Hardwearing, tough, drought tolerant, quick to establish, will tolerate close mowing to create a dense turf.
Creeping Red Fescue
Grows well in the shade, drought tolerant, dry temperature tolerant, deep rooting system, needs moist soil, but once established it is a very strong grass type.
Smooth Stalked Meadow Grass
A long term persistent grass, rich green colour, fine leaved and frost tolerant.
Slender Red Fescue
Shade tolerant creeping plant that creates a dense turf. Tolerates close mowing for a finer finish.
Bent Grass
A non-aggressive Perennial grass with fine leaves, it forms a short even turf and tolerates close mowing (down to 5mm).
